You built it. Turns out that was the easy part.

YOU BUILT THE APP.WE RUN THE BUSINESS.

A working app is not a company. A company is the customers you have to win, the questions you have to answer, the nights the app goes down, the taxes nobody warned you about. Magpy helps you productize your app and runs the business around it. It stays yours — you keep your day job, and 80% of what it earns.

The gap between a demo and a business

The hard part starts after you ship.

A working app is the start of the work, not the end of it.

01

You're one person. Your competition is a company.

A funded team markets, sells, and supports all day — and a solo builder can't keep pace alone.

02

Will anyone actually pay for it?

People who love your demo and people who pay every month are two very different groups.

Cinematic image evoking doubt — will anyone pay for this?
03

Payments break. Emails vanish. You're on the hook.

You can wire it all up yourself — but trusting it with real money, and owning every failure, is a weight you don't want.

04

An app nobody knows about is an app nobody uses.

The right buyers won't find your app on their own.

Cinematic image evoking silence and invisibility — distribution fear
05

Shipping an app means running a company.

Billing, tax, support, outages, and new features — none of it is in the build.

Good news!

Magpy has got you covered.

How it works

From a working app to income — in five phases.

01

Ideate

See what it's really worth.

You've already built it — now Magpy shows you who's paying for apps like yours, what's missing in the market, and what to charge.

02

Build

Migrate it into Wingman, then keep building.

Move your app over from Base44, Lovable, Replit, or Bolt into Wingman — then keep shaping it, connected to your AI subscription.

What early builders say

From a working app to a real business.

I built the app in a weekend. Getting anyone to pay — that stumped me for months. Magpy ran the selling, the payments, the support. First payout landed six weeks in.

Sara M.
Operations consultant

My app worked, but taxes, refunds, someone's data leaking — it scared me. Magpy took all of it. I just keep improving the product.

James K.
Café owner

Three apps that went nowhere — great demos, zero customers. This time Magpy ran the whole business from day one. I’m finally earning from something I made.

Questions

Your questions, answered.

I already built my app — can I bring it to Magpy?

Yes. Magpy migrates it into Wingman from wherever you built it — Base44, Lovable, Replit, or Bolt — and you keep improving it there.

Do I have to rebuild it from scratch?

No. You migrate your existing app in as-is, then Magpy productizes it — payments, security, and compliance — so it's safe to sell.

Do I keep ownership of my app?

Always. The product and its code are yours, and you can leave anytime. Magpy runs the business around it — hosting, payments, support, and marketing.

Who owns the customers?

Magpy manages the customer relationship on your behalf — support, billing, and day-to-day engagement are all ours. On the Free plan, Magpy handles all customer contact. Upgrade to Business to access your customers directly and see per-customer insights.

What does the 20% actually cover?

Everything Magpy runs: hosting, infrastructure, payments, tax, fraud, support, marketing, and the marketplace. Magpy first deducts the actual cost of running your app, then takes 20% of what remains. If your app earns less than its running cost, Magpy takes nothing.

Is it really $0 to start?

Yes — no subscription, no card required to begin. You start earning the moment your app sells. Magpy covers running costs first, and you keep 80% of everything above that. Nothing owed until you're earning.

What if my app doesn't sell?

Magpy actively markets every app from day one — campaigns, listings, and SEO. If your app hasn't found buyers within three weeks, we'll reach out. You can retire it at no cost, or upgrade to Pro for extended promotion, custom campaigns, and paid placements.

Who actually buys apps on the Magpy marketplace?

Small business owners — restaurants, contractors, consultants, freelancers — looking for software that solves real problems in their day-to-day. If your app fits a real business need, there are buyers already shopping for it.

How long before I see money?

During the private beta, your app goes through a two-week onboarding period. After that, payouts are net 30 — so your first payment arrives roughly six weeks after you go live.
